Jade Recipe
This jewel of a cocktail is perfect for any occasion where formality is required. A green colored drink recipe made from blue curacao, melon liqueur, lime juice, bitters and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp Blue Curacao
- 1/4 tsp Melon Liqueur
- 1/4 tsp Lime Juice
- dash Angostura Bitters
- Champagne - chilled
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Shake blue curacao, melon liqueur, lime juice and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with a lime slice.
