June Tai Recipe
The June Tai drink recipe is an explosion of floral and tropical aromas made from Esprit de June liqueur, aged rum, lime, simple syrup and orgeat syrup, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

- Muddle a lime wedge with orgeat syrup and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Esprit de June liqueur, rum and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, fresh mint and a small flower.
