Limon-stro Recipe
The Limon-stro is a monstrously scary drink recipe perfect for a Halloween party. A green colored concoction made from Don Q Limon rum, pineapple juice, melon liqueur, club soda, mint and olives, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz Citrus Rum (Don Q Limon)
- 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Melon Liqueur
- Club Soda - to fill
- Mint - for garnish
- 2 Olive - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint, Olive
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add citrus rum and pineapple juice and stir.
- Top with club soda and add melon liqueur, then stir gently.
- Garnish with mint for hair and green olives for eyes.
