Liquid Sunray Recipe
The Liquid Sunray is made from tequila, pineapple, lime juice, jalapeno, agave nectar and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Anejo)
- 3/4 oz Tequila - Silver
- 4 wedges Pineapple
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 slices Jalapeno Pepper
- 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Pineapple, Jalapeno
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle pineapple wedges in a cocktail shaker.
- Add both tequilas, jalapeno slices, agave nectar and lime juice, and shake well with ice.
- Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a pineapple wedge.
