Londoner's Refreshment Recipe
The Londoner's Refreshment cocktail recipe is made from vodka, triple sec, vanilla liqueur, cranberry juice, egg white and bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a sprig of mint.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur (Wenneker Vanilla)
- 3/4 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- dash Bitters
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
