Lucid Cooler Recipe
The Lucid Cooler drink recipe is made from Lucid absinthe, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice, ginger ale, basil and grapes, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Absinthe (Lucid)
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Ale - to top
- 4 leaves Basil
- 5 Grape - green and red
- Garnish: Grapes
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle basil and simple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add absinthe, elderflower liqueur and lime juice.
- Top with ginger ale and stir well.
- Garnish with red and green grapes.
