Maracuja Recipe
The Maracuja is a passionate cocktail made from aged tequila, Creole Shrubb orange liqueur, lime juice, passion fruit and gooseberry, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold
- 2 tbsp Creole Shrubb - orange liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Passion Fruit
- 1 tsp Passion Fruit Syrup
- Garnish: Physalis
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Scoop the passion fruit out and add to a cocktail shaker.
- Add tequila, Creole Shrubb orange liqueur, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a physalis berry (Cape gooseberry).
