  • Add a splash of bourbon and mint to the bottom of a mixing glass, and muddle gently, then let stand for a few minutes to release the flavors and aromas.
  • Strain into a highball glass, then swirl the glass around to coat all sides.
  • Fill with ice, and add the remaining bourbon.
  • Fill with water or club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
