Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Absinthe (Lucid)
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Lemon-lime Soda
- 6 leaves Mint - plus more for garnish
- 2 wedges Lime - 1 for garnish
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and lime in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice and add absinthe and pineapple juice.
- Top with lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime and mint.
