Passionate Recipe
The Passionate is a yellow drink made from tequila, pink pepper, jalapeno, passion fruit and pineapple, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper - sliced
- pinch Black Pepper - or pink pepper
- Pineapple Juice
- Garnish: Chili Pepper
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a highball glass, then dip it into crushed pink peppercorns.
- Shake tequila, jalapeno and passion fruit juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and top with pineapple juice.
- Garnish with a chili pepper.
