Picante Caipirinha Recipe
If Brazil and Mexico were ever to marry, the wedding cocktail would most likely be the Picante Caipirinha. Made from Leblon cachaca, tequila, lime, chili pepper, agave nectar, pineapple and cilantro, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Directions
- Muddle lime, chili pepper and pineapple chunks in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add tequila, cachaca, agave nectar and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cilantro.
