Picasso Recipe
When one thinks of Picasso and booze, the green fairy always enters into the conversation. The Picasso cocktail recipe is made from absinthe, raspberry liqueur, strawberry liqueur and apple juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with an apple slice, fresh mint and a strawberry.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Absinthe
- 3/4 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 oz Apple Juice
- slice Apple - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Strawberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Apple, Mint, Strawberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry, sprig of mint and apple slice.
