Plata Fizz Recipe
The Plata Fizz is a clear cocktail made from Patron tequila, elderflower liqueur, champagne and orange, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver (Patron)
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- Champagne
- 1 slice Orange
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Remove the peel from the orange slice and muddle in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with tequila, elderflower liqueur and ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
