Ingredients
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1 oz Madeira
- 1/2 oz Curacao - orange liqueur
- 3-5 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Champagne - chilled
- slice Orange
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake brandy, Madeira, bitters and curacao with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled wine glass.
- Fill with chilled champagne, and garnish with an orange slice.
