Royal Roost Recipe
The Royal Roost drink recipe is made from bourbon, Dubonnet rouge, curacao, Pernod absinthe, bitters and fresh fruit, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 1/4 tsp Curacao - orange liqueur
- 1/4 tsp Absinthe (Pernod)
- dash Angostura Bitters
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- slice Orange - for garnish
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Orange, Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Stir bourbon, Dubonnet rouge, curacao, bitters and Pernod with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, orange slice and lemon twist.
