Ruby Rita Recipe
        The Ruby Rita is a shorter version of the classic Margarita cocktail, perfect for Cinco de Maio. Made from tequila, Cointreau and pink grapefruit, and served in a salt-rimmed rocks glass.
        
         Ingredients
         
         Directions
         
          - Rub a grapefruit wedge over the rim of a rocks glass, then dip in salt and fill with ice.
 - Shake pink grapefruit juice, tequila and Cointreau with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into the glass.
 - Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
