Sazerac Classic Recipe
The Sazerac Classic drink recipe is an old-time classic cocktail made from bourbon, Pernod absinthe, sugar, bitters, water and lemon, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

- Add Pernod to a chilled rocks glass and swirl around to coat the inside, then discard any excess.
- Add sugar, water and bitters to the glass, and stir gently until sugar is dissolved.
- Fill with ice, then add bourbon and stir again.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
