Serpent's Tooth Recipe
The Serpents Toot drink recipe is a dedication to Saint Patrick's fight against the mythical snakes of Ireland. Made from Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, Jagermeister, lemon juice and bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Jagermeister
- 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3-5 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
