Si Si Recipe
After a few of these delicious cocktails on Cinco de Mayo, the only thing you will be able to say is "si, si". A cream colored colored cocktail made from tequila, Mozart White chocolate liqueur, apple juice, heavy cream, orange marmalade and oregano, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart White)
- 3/4 oz Apple Juice - cloudy
- 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Orange Marmalade
- Oregano - for garnish
- Garnish: Oregano
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or champagne coupe.
- Garnish with fresh (not dried) oregano.
