Strawberry Caipiroska Recipe
The Strawberry Caipiroska is a red colored variation of the classic Brazilian Caipiroska cocktail. Made from Volare Strawberry liqueur, vodka, strawberries, lime and brown sugar, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur (Volare Strawberry)
- 2 oz Vodka
- 3 Strawberry - 1 for garnish
- 1/3 Lime - cut into wedges
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- Garnish: Strawberry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle strawberries, lime and brown sugar in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add strawberry liqueur and vodka.
- Stir well and garnish with a split strawberry.
