Sun Tea Recipe
The Sun Tea is a classic summertime drink enjoyed in the Southern US. Made from tea, water, lemon and sugar, and served from a pitcher into Collins or highball glasses.

Directions
- Add tea, water and lemon peel to a glass jar and cover, then set in the sun for at least 4 hours.
- Strain into a pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve in Collins or highball glasses full of ice garnished with lemon wedges.
