The Trieste Martini Crema cocktail blends the flavors of Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur, espresso, vodka and light cream to create a unique concoction to serve with your desserts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur (Gran Gala Triple Orange)
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 shot Coffee - espresso
- Light Cream - to top
- Coffee - beans, for garnish
- Garnish: Coffee Bean
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake orange liqueur, vodka and espresso with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with a layer of light cream on top, and float cracked coffee beans over the cream.
