- 1 oz Pineapple Juice

- Grapefruit - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Grapefruit

Directions
- Shake coconut rum, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
