Viva Maria Recipe
The Viva Maria is a festive Cinco de Maio cocktail made form tequila, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, grenadine and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Grenadine
- 1/2 Egg - white
- 1 slice Lemon - for garnish
- 1 slice Lime - for garnish
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Lime, Lemon
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, grenadine, egg white and ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice, lime slice and a maraschino cherry.
