Beach Bum Recipe
The Beach Bum is a traditional beach-themed drink recipe. A red colored drink made from rum, Clamato tomato cocktail, lime, orange, basil and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum
- 2 slices Lime
- 2 slices Orange
- 4 leaves Basil
- Club Soda
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Basil, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle lime, orange and basil in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, rum and Clamato juice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with basil and a lime wedge.
