Albahaca Sour Recipe
The Albahaca Sour cocktail recipe is made from Chilean pisco, basil, lime juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Pisco (Chilean)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 leaves Basil
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Basil
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake basil, pisco, lime juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a highball glass, and add more ice to fill the glass.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently.
