The Island Recipe
The Island is a tropical cocktail made from Pisco grape brandy, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Pisco - grape brandy
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Mint
- Garnish: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg and mint.
