Colchique Recipe
The Colchique is and orange colored cocktail made from Pisco, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice and orange flower water, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Pisco - grape brandy
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Grapefruit Juice
- 1 dash Orange Flower Water
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
