Astronaut Recipe
The Astronaut is a blast of Caribbean flavors in a glass, guaranteed to put you on another planet. Made from rum, falernum, lime juice, triple sec, bitters and Pernod, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/4 oz Triple Sec
- 6 dashes Pernod
- 1/2 oz Falernum
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- dash Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 cube Ice - crushed
- 1 Cherry
- Garnish: Cherry, Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients for a few seconds.
- Pour into a rocks glass, then garnish with a cherry and an orange twist.
