Get ready for a big chill in the big easy for Mardi Gras. The Big Chill cocktail recipe is an orange colored drink made form Burnett's rum, coconut cream, orange juice, cranberry juice and pineapple juice, and served in a chilled sling glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Golden Rum (Burnett's)
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Sling Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled sling glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
