The Blackberry Barracuda drink recipe is made from blackberry liqueur, tequila, blackcurrant syrup, lime juice and Schweppes Russchian (or tonic water), and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with a fig slice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Blackberry Liqueur (Wenneker)
- 1 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1/2 oz Blackcurrant Syrup
- splash Lime Juice
- Schweppes Russchian - or tonic water if not available in your area
- slice Fig - for garnish
- Garnish: Fig
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add blackberry liqueur, tequila, lime juice and blackcurrant syrup, then fill with Schweppes Russchian (or tonic water).
