Caliente Por Favor Recipe
The Caliente Por Favor is a saucy and steamy cocktail recipe made from rum, peach liqueur, sherry, lemon juice, fig jelly and bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass garnished with a fig and mint.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur (Wenneker)
- 1 tbsp Sherry
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Jelly or Jam - fig jelly
- dash Bitters
- Club Soda - to top
- Fig - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Fig, Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and top with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a fig.
