Cedilla Batida Recipe
The Cedilla Batida is a purple colored frozen drink made from Cedilla acai liqueur, Leblon cachaca, blueberries, condensed milk and ice, and served blended in a chilled highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Acai Liqueur (Cedilla)
- 1 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 1/4 cup Blueberry
- 2 oz Milk - condensed
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Flowers
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend at low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a small edible flower.
