Chocolate Sour Recipe
The Chocolate Sour is a chocolaty version of the classic sour recipe. An orange drink made from Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange juice, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart Black)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1-1/2 oz Orange Juice
- wedge Lemon - for garnish
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.
