Mellow Melon Recipe
The Mellow Melon cocktail is made from a smooth blend of Midori melon liqueur, Mozart White chocolate liqueur, yogurt, cream and melon, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart White)
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 2/3 oz Heavy Cream
- Melon - honeydew, small piece
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Cut the melon into tiny pieces, then shake with ice and the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
