El Gonquin Recipe
The El Gonquin cocktail recipe is a south-of-the-border version of the classic Algonquin whiskey drink. Made from Excellia tequila, Lillet blanc, pineapple juice and agave nectar, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver (Excellia)
- 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
