Figranaga Recipe
The Figranaga is a fruity and spicy red cocktail made from tequila, Joseph Cartron pomegranate liqueur, triple sec, Malbec wine, lime juice and fig jam, and served in a chili-pepper rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec (Joseph Cartron)
- 1/3 oz Pomegranate Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- 1/2 oz Red Wine - Malbec
- 2/3 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Fig - jam
- Garnish: Chili Pepper, Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail by rubbing the lime slice over it, then dip into dried chili pepper to coat the rim.
- Shake the tequila, triple sec, pomegranate liqueur, Malbec wine, lime juice and fig jam vigorously with ice.
- Strain into the glass, and garnish with a lime slice.
