Fish House Punch Recipe
The Fish House Punch is a tall drink made from brandy, peach brandy, golden rum, lemon juice, English breakfast tea, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice with lemon in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
- 1/2 oz Golden Rum
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Tea - chilled English breakfast
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to fill
- slice Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients, except club soda, and stir.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
