Grapefruit Cooler Recipe
The Grapefruit Cooler punch recipe is a non-alcoholic punch made from lemons, grapefruit juice, mint, water and sugar, and served over ice in small glasses. Recipe makes about 6 servings.

- Heat water and sugar in a small sauce pan until sugar is dissolved, then let it cool.
- Add mint to the syrup, then cover and let it seep for 12 hours.
- Strain the syrup into a pitcher, then add grapefruit juice and lemon juice, and stir well.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently.
- Fill each glass with ice, then Grapefruit Cooler, and finally garnish with fresh mint.
