Island Glider Recipe
The Island Glider drink brings together nearly every tropical liqueur and juice to form a wonderfully refreshing blended cocktail to cool you down on a hot sunny day. Made from vodka, blue curacao, curacao liqueur, vanilla liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and milk, and served blended with ice in a highball glass garnished with pineapple, orange and maraschino cherry.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Curacao
- 1 oz Vodka
- 2/3 oz Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- slice Pineapple - for garnish
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Maraschino Cherry, Orange
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice, pineapple leaves, orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
