Marigold Ofrenda Recipe
The Marigold Ofrenda is an orange colored cocktail made form Espolon reposado tequila, lime juice, triple sec, agave nectar, cantaloupe and chili powder, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila - Gold (Espolon Reposado)
- 3/4 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 1/2 cup Melon - cantaloupe
- pinch Chili Pepper
- Garnish: Flowers
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle cantaloupe and triple sec in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients with ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a marigold flower.
