Pepino Recipe
The Pepino is a yellow colored drink recipe made from 901 Silver tequila, triple sec, agave nectar, pineapple juice, lime juice and cucumber, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with cucumber and basil.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver (901 Silver)
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/4 oz Agave Nectar
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 inch Cucumber
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3 leaves Basil - for garnish
- Garnish: Basil, Cucumber
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with cucumber and basil, and serve.
