Poire d'Epice Recipe
The Poire d'Épice (Pear Spice) cocktail is made from Joseph Cartron eau-de-vie de Poire Williams pear liqueur, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, brown sugar, pear and ginger, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz Pear Brandy (Joseph Cartron eau-de-vie de Poire Williams)
- 1/3 oz Maraschino Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Clove
- 1 slice Pear
- Garnish: Pear
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with thinly sliced pear.
