Regent's Punch Recipe
The Regent's Punch recipe is a party punch suitable for a very large number of guests. Made from white wine, madeira wine, triple sec, cognac, champagne, dark rum, iced tea, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar, and served from a very large punch bowl. Recipe serves 80.

- Chill all liquid ingredients for at least 2 hours before mixing.
- Add a block of ice to a very large punch bowl.
- Pour all ingredients into the bowl, except club soda and champagne, and stir well.
- Add club soda and champagne prior to serving and stir gently.
