Rooster Booster Recipe
The Rooster Booster drink is made from tequila, grapefruit juice, grenadine, lime and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1 tbsp Grenadine
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Club Soda - to top
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- 1 slice Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add tequila, grenadine and grapefruit juice, and stir gently.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.
