Sazerac No 2 Recipe
The Sazerac No 2 is a refreshing cocktail recipe, a slight variation of the classic Sazerac drink. Made from Lucid absinthe, cognac, Peychaud bitters and lemon, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

Directions
- Add absinthe to a chilled rocks glass and swirl around to coat the inside, then discard excess.
- Muddle sugar cube and bitters in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and cognac and shake well, then pour into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
