Strawberry and Hazelnut Lassi Recipe
The Strawberry and Hazelnut Lassi is a pink colored drink made from Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, Bailey's Irish cream, yogurt, banana, strawberries and mint, and served blended with ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur (Frangelico)
- 1 oz Irish Cream (Bailey's)
- 1/3 Banana
- 2 oz Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 3 Strawberry
- 4 leaves Mint - 2 for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a highball, or any other glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
