Tijuana Sling Recipe
The Tijuana Sling cocktail is made from tequila, crème de cassic, lime juice, bitters and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Silver
- 3/4 oz Creme de Cassis
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- 1 slice Lime - for garnish
- 2 Blueberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Blueberry, Lime
- Glass: Sling Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, crème de cassis, lime juice and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a sling glass full of ice.
- Top with ginger ale and garnish with blueberries and a slice of lime.
