Acapulco Recipe
The Acapulco cocktail recipe is made from white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, sugar, egg white and mint, and served shaken over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg - white
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
