The Agricole Mojito cocktail recipe is made from Clement Premiere Canne rum, sugar syrup, mint, lime and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 8 leaves Mint
- 3 wedges Lime
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (Clement Sirop de Canne)
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle lime wedges, mint and sugar syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add rum and ice, then shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Top with a generous splash of club soda and garnish with mint.
